Wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr has been ruled OUT Sunday’s game against the Bills due to back and finger injuries. Pittman has not practiced all week due to the injuries. Pittman being out will be a big loss for the offense for not only his receiving skills but also his blocking in the run game and his on-field leadership. With Pittman OUT this week expect rookie Adonai Mitchell to replace him in the starting line up. The Colts three wide receiver sets will consist of Alec Pierce, Josh Downs in the slot and Mitchell replacing Pittman on the boundary.
Left tackle Bernard Raimann has managed to practice all week after missing last weeks games due to a concussion. Raimann will enter the game without an injury designation therefore it looks like he has passed through the concussion protocol and be able to return to the starting lineup.
Offensive tackle Matt Goncalves (shoulder and finger), defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo (elbow) and linebacker Zaire Franklin (ankle) were all listed as full participants again at today’s practice. All have practiced fully today so have no injury designation for Sunday’s game.
Braden Smith, DeForest Buckner and Grover Stewart all missed practice today for a non injury related rest day. All have practiced full the rest of the week and have no injury designation for Sunday’s game.
