What’s changed since Wednesday?
We’ve got them a little later than usual, but the Thursday injury reports for the Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars came out yesterday as both teams prepare for their Week 10 matchup in Jacksonville. Let’s take a look at what’s changed from Wednesday’s reports, shall we?
Minnesota Vikings
Did Not Participate
- ED Gabriel Murphy (downgrade from limited on Wednesday, 21-day practice window)
Limited Participation
- LB Blake Cashman (toe)
- LB Ivan Pace (knee, upgrade from DNP on Wednesday)
Full Participation
- CB Akayleb Evans (hip, upgrade from limited on Wednesday)
- S Theo Jackson (hand)
- TE Josh Oliver (wrist)
Andrew Van Ginkel and Garrett Bradbury were full participants at practice after their rest days on Wednesday. This report means that every member of the active roster was participating in practice in some way on Thursday. (Murphy isn’t on the active roster yet.) We’ll have to keep an eye on Cashman and Pace to see if they get upgraded to full participants on the final injury reports.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Did Not Participate
- OL Ezra Cleveland (ankle)
Limited Participation
- RB Tank Bigsby (ankle)
- WR Gabe Davis (shoulder)
- RB Travis Etienne (hamstring)
- RB D’Ernest Johnson (hamstring, new addition to injury report)
- QB Trevor Lawrence (left shoulder)
- OL Brandon Scherff (knee, upgrade from DNL on Wednesday)
- DT Maason Smith (ankle)
- WR Brian Thomas Jr. (chest)
- S Daniel Thomas (hamstring)
- S Andrew Wingard (knee, 21-day practice window)
Full Participation
- WR Devin Duvernay (hamstring, 21-day practice window)
- RB Keilan Robinson (toe, 21-day practice window)
Only one change on the report for the Jaguars from Wednesday, with Scherff being upgraded to a limited participant in practice after not practicing the day before. After we mentioned it on Wednesday, Jags coach Doug Pederson has confirmed that it looks like Lawrence will be on the bench on Sunday with Mac Jones getting the start. It also looks like the Ezra Cleveland Revenge Game is officially on hold as it’s looking like he won’t suit up to face his former team on Sunday. The Jaguars are pretty banged up at the moment, in summary.
Those are the Thursday injury reports, ladies and gentlemen. We’ll have the final injury reports for you when they drop on Friday afternoon.
