Our Miami Dolphins limp into week nine of the 2024 season with multiple questions surrounding the team. Besides having to travel to play the divisional-leading Buffalo Bills in their stadium, there are questions surrounding the team, with the futures of both general manager Chris Grier and head coach Mike McDaniel being questioned by the media and the fan base following the team’s poor start to the season. There is also the looming NFL trade deadline coming this week, with the outcome of this game possibly being the deciding factor on whether some players are traded away.
The Dolphins are coming off a loss to the Arizona Cardinals last week. The Phins seemed to have that game in hand before the defense collapsed toward the end of the game. The narrow one-point loss left Miami with an ugly 2 and 5 record. On the other side of the ball, the Bills are coming off a three-game win streak. Last week, Buffalo rolled into Seattle, taking down the Seattle Seahawks 31 to 10. The Bills also come into this week with a solid 6 and 2 record.
