The Indianapolis Colts (4-3) travel to the Houston Texans (5-2) (i.e., the ‘House that Hilton Built’) for a road rematch from the regular season opener, where the Horseshoe fell 27-29.
The Colts appear to be finally getting healthier, as both star defensive tackle DeForest Buckner (ankle) and running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) returned to practice—albeit as limited participants during Wednesday’s practice.
Will it be ‘Taylor Time’ again against the Texans this Sunday?
Starting linebacker E.J. Speed (knee) also practiced in full.

It would go a long way toward upsetting the Texans on Sunday and perhaps even making a serious push to reclaim the AFC South by season’s end. A Colts win would place both teams at 5-3—with a season split head-to-head against one another within the division.
The Colts have won two in a row, which is their largest win streak so far during the 2024 campaign. Can they make it three?
Let’s hear it Colts fans, how are you feeling ahead of this Week 8 AFC South Showdown?
