As the Rams get back Cooper Kupp, 2 other NFC West receivers suffer knee injuries
The Los Angeles Rams expect Cooper Kupp to play on Thursday night against the Minnesota Vikings, but two other NFC West receivers suffered injuries on Sunday, one of which will end his season. The San Francisco 49ers announced that Brandon Aiyuk tore his ACL in Week 7’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, ending his season. The 49ers had Aiyuk for seven games after a holdout that ended in a four-year, $120 million extension before the season.
Money that Aiyuk is surely glad he took now instead of betting on himself for nothing. Meanwhile, the Seattle Seahawks could be without DK Metcalf when they face the Rams in two weeks.

Though Metcalf’s injury is far less severe, he is week to week with a sprained ACL according to the Seahawks. The Rams play the Seahawks in Week 9.
San Francisco was also playing without Deebo Samuel on Sunday due to an illness, so rookie Ricky Pearsall had to step up in his NFL debut. Who knows who will be available when the Rams play the 49ers on Thursday, December 12th in their rematch.
