The Ravens and Buccaneers look to stay hot, while the Chargers and Cardinals look to keep up with their conferences.
This week, Monday Night Football features a doubleheader. The Baltimore Ravens will play on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Los Angeles Chargers will play in the desert against the Arizona Cardinals.
The Ravens are averaging over 200 rushing yards a game this year and have won four straight games since starting 0-2. They need a win to keep up with the Pittsburgh Steelers, who improved to 5-2 on Sunday Night Football.
The Bucs are 4-2 and at the top of the NFC South currently. Quarterback Baker Mayfield is back to his 2020 form when he took the Cleveland Browns to the playoffs with 15 touchdown passes. They have impressive wins against the Washington Commanders, Detroit Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Ravens are currently 3.5-point road favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Chargers are at 3-2, and their defense is one of the best in the NFL, holding opponents to just 13.2 points per game. Unfortunately, quarterback Justin Herbert and the offense have taken a serious step back. He lost two of his top weapons, wide receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, and the more run-focused offense hasn’t exactly taken off.
The Cardinals have struggled this year, with a 2-4 record. They seem to be just an up-and-down team. Their defense will struggle in some games; they have three games where they have allowed 34 points. The offense has also struggled to take off at times, with three games with 14 points or under. Can both sides get going in this one?
The Chargers are currently 1.5-point road favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
