The 2024 Miami Dolphins are enjoying their bye week as the calendar move to Week 6 of the regular season. They headed into the bye week with a win over the New England Patriots, ending a three-game losing streak and pushing themselves to within a game of the early AFC East leaders, the Buffalo Bills. It has not been a pretty start to the season for the Dolphins, but they have at least been able to tread water and work their way to the bye week.
Our SB Nation Reacts poll, brought to us courtesy of FanDuel sportsbook, returns this week to get a look at how the fans are feeling about the Dolphins.
Miami Dolphins fan confidence
The Dolphins are no longer the team with the lowest fan confidence in the league. That seems like a positive more. The fan confidence for Miami ticked up a little this week, moving from an all-time low of just five percent to eight percent of the fans thinking the team is headed in the right direction. That is still the second-lowest rating ever and is behind even Week 4’sw nine-percent rating, but it is moving in the right direction.
It moved them ahead of the Cleveland Browns, who fell from a Week 5 rating of 15 percent to just five percent this week. However, last week, we highlighted the other two teams who were in single-digit fan confidence ratings, and all three improved to above 10 percent this week. The Jacksonville Jaguars jumped from seven percent to 35 percent of their fans seeing the team headed in the right direction. The Philadelphia Eagles moved from nine percent up to 15 percent.

The Jets’ site, Gang Green Nation, also asked a question of their fans this week, taking a look at their recent firing of head coach Robert Saleh. A majority of their fans agreed with the unexpected move:
Over on Pats Pulpit, SB Nation’s Patriots site, they asked if the move to bench veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett in favor of rookie Drake Maye was the right move. The fans do not seem to think it was time to make that move:
