Giants open up as home underdog despite road win in Seattle
The 1-4 Cincinnati Bengals are 3.5-point favorites as they head to MetLife Stadium to face the 2-3 New York Giants on Sunday Night Football, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Bengals are coming off a heartbreaking 41-38 overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens, where quarterback Joe Burrow threw for 392 yards and five touchdowns. Despite their offensive firepower, Cincinnati’s defense has struggled, allowing 24 or more points in four straight games.
Meanwhile, the Giants got back on track with a 29-20 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Quarterback Daniel Jones threw for 257 yards and two touchdowns, and running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. had a standout performance with 129 rushing yards.
The Giants will look to capitalize on their momentum in front of a home crowd, but they’ll face a tough test against a Bengals offense led by Burrow and star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase.
The Giants could get to .500 at 3-3 with a victory.
