The Las Vegas Raiders are studying for the upcoming draft, but are still looking to add depth to the roster. One spot that needs to be built up is the safety position, where the focus could be on the draft. However, on Friday, they kept a familiar face on the roster.
Safety Tristin McCollum was added to the roster mid-season in 2025. He was giving an exclusive rights tender this offseason meaning the Raiders could match any offer that was made to sign McCollum. The former Philadelphia Eagle draft pick decided that his best sport was with the Silver and Black and signed his tender.
McCollum was an undrafted free agent out of Sam Houston St. He played his first two seasons with the Eagles before being cut and signed by the Raiders. Last season, he played 145 snaps for the franchise, recording nine tackles. He now has a chance to find his way back onto the final roster for 2026.
