There were reports this offseason that Landon Dickerson was considering retirement after a 2025 season filled with injuries. He’s since confirmed that he’s returning to Philadelphia, and he’s coming back on a reworked contract.
The Pro Bowl left guard has agreed to a two-year deal worth around $36 million. This revised deal is down from the $39 million he was set to receive in 2026-2027, but can reportedly still get to that number with incentives. The new contract also means Dickerson will no longer be under contract in 2028.
Given how things went last season, he might not be as concerned about three seasons down the road. Dickerson recently followed Cam Jurgens’ journey to Colombia to undergo stem cell therapy in an attempt to reset his physical health. Hopefully everything he does this offseason will allow him to play pain free in 2026, and take his game to the next level as a result.
