The New York Giants have agreed to terms to re-sign wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins, per a report from Jordan Schultz.
Hodgins has been a familiar face for Giants fans since he was added mid-season in 2022 and stabilized a struggling passing offense. Hodgins’ role faded over the next couple years until the Giants brought him back, signing him off of the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad after Malik Nabers’ injury in 2025.
Hodgins had an immediate impact with 7 receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown in his first two games back with the Giants.
Re-signing Hodgins doesn’t cure the Giants’ need at wide receiver. However, he’s a reliable depth piece who’s a detailed route runner with the size and strong hands to make difficult catches in traffic. He has never been charged with a drop in his five-year career, and Giants’ quarterbacks have a 111.9 passer rating when targeting Hodgins since 2022.
Hodgins was only on the Giants’ roster for 7 games last year (starting 5), but he was still on the field for 77 percent of the available offensive snaps.
