It’s that time of year again. The 2026 League Year is about to begin, and with it the 2026 Free Agency period will open.
The New York Giants have a significant number of free agents hitting the market this year, many of them the team would like to see brought back. While the Giants’ 2022 draft class has been panned by fans, it produced multiple starters and the kind of important depth pieces that teams need to fill out their rosters.
And now almost all of those players are seeking a second contract. However, the Giants’ funds are limited and the team is being remade by John Harbaugh.
So which one (1) of the Giants top free agents do you think will be brought back?
- RT Jermaine Eluemunor – Eluemunor seems like the obvious answer thanks to his reliability and play over the last two years. Losing him creates a significant hole if the team doesn’t believe in Marcus Mbow or sign a veteran to replace Elumunor. However, he may also have been priced out of the Giants’ range if his contract demands are as high as some are expecting.
- WR Wan’Dale Robinson – Robinson is coming off of a breakout season in 2025 that saw him pick up the slack when Malik Nabers was hurt. Robinson showed far more versatility and deep receiving ability than he was able in previous iterations of the offense. However, does he fit what Matt Nagy and Jim Harbaugh want to do on offense?
- CB Cor’Dale Flott – Like Robinson, Flott is coming off of a breakout year in which he also had his biggest role on the defense. Flott won the starting job from Tae Banks when the former first rounder regressed under Shane Bowen and following the departure of Jerome Henderson. Flott is whip-thin, but proved to be a good cover corner and one of the very few defenders to actually improve in 2025. But also like Robinson, does he fit what the Giants’ new team vision?
- TE Daniel Bellinger – Bellinger looked like the steal of the 2022 draft when he emerged as a starter for the Giants as a rookie. He’s a much more athletic receiver than he gets credit for and one of the Giants’ most dependable pass catchers. Likewise, his blocking is an asset in both the run game and pass protection. Travis Kelce even shouted him out as a player to watch after his rookie season. Unfortunately, the previous coaching staff lost interest in favor of Darren Waller and Theo Johnson, and the new regime may want to invest their money elsewhere.
- Nobody – It’s certainly possible that all of these players have priced themselves out of the Giants’ range and big spenders elsewhere in the NFL will be able to outbid the Giants for their services. It’s also possible that the new regime will concentrate on bringing players like Micah McFadden or Dane Belton back, while looking for new skill sets at right tackle, wide receiver, and cornerback.
So, who do you think will be a Giant once the whirlwind free agency period subsides?
