L.A. Rams News: Do you use NFL mock drafts?

Hello and happy Hump Day! Now, tell us (if you will), how into NFL mock drafts are you? Are they a tool you use? is there a person who mocks that you pay attention to? Do you just ignore them?

For me, I use them mostly to get ideas for writing. Prior to my writing for Turf Show Times, I don’t think I cared about mock drafts at all, but now, as a writer, I admit they can give me some ideas, they can be informative as to what other teams may be thinking and if nothing else, they can expose me to some college players I may not know about.

Of course, mock drafts should be taken with a grain of salt, and I think most mockers would admit that.

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought this was a fun question and a fitting topic. Speaking of coming up with ideas…I need to find some ideas to write about this week! We’ll get there. We’ll get there.

Big thank you to everyone who is checking out Turf Show Times and please comment on whatever you want!

LA Rams land massive trade haul, add difference makers in the secondary, and offensive line help in 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft (atozsports)

“When it comes to the latter, the Rams have a lot of ammunition to add impact talent to the team in April. In my latest 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft, adding producers to the secondary was the top priority. From there, adding support around Stafford was the next key area. It all started with an interesting trade back option at the top.”

This Rams Draft Target Could Be a Combine Standout (si.com)

“While head coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead may be absent this week, the Los Angeles Rams’ offseason is in full swing as several members of their staff will be in attendance for the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana.

One of the most underrated areas for improvement this offseason is the Rams’ vertical passing game, something that shockingly lacked despite their incredible efficiency and production. With one of their key pass-catchers in this role heading into free agency, Los Angeles needs speed. A potential draft target, Mississippi State wide receiver Brenen Thompson, could stand out in this regard.“

Leaked draft hat appears to show Rams’ updated logo (ramswire)

“It appears the Los Angeles Rams will have an updated logo in the very near future. A photo shows what seems to be their leaked draft hat for this year, and on the front is an all-yellow “LA” logo. No gradient. No white. No blue.

Granted, the team has sold hats with a solid-colored logo on the front before, but this leak coincides with what Zach Cohen of FanDuel has reported this offseason: That the Rams are tweaking their logos.

Cohen posted a video on X Tuesday confirming that the Rams’ primary logo will no longer have gradient colors and will be solid moving forward. Also, no changes are coming to their helmet or the split horns on it.“
