The Miami Dolphins have hired former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo as the team’s pass-game coordinator. NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo was the first to report the signing.
Patullo spent four seasons with the Eagles, but was fired after the team’s offense fell short of expectations this season. Before becoming the Eagles’ offensive coordinator in 2025, he was the team’s pass-game coordinator and associate head coach (2021-2024).
Other stops for Patullo included time with the Indianapolis Colts (WRs coach/pass-game specialist), Texas A&M (Senior offensive analyst), and the New York Jets (QBs Coach), as well as the Titans, Bills, and Chiefs.
Patullo grew up in South Florida and will now be the Dolphins’ pass-game coordinator under new offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik. Miami hopes he can bring over some of the magic we saw with the Eagles prior to the 2025 season.
For Patullo, my guess is that he hopes fans in Miami aren’t as crazy as those in Philadelphia, and his new home won’t have to worry about being egged after losing a late November game to a conference rival.
As of now, there are still a few glaring holes left on Jeff Hafley’s inaugural coaching staff, including the aforementioned quarterbacks coach and ever-important offensive line guru.
