Super Bowl LX has just ended, with the Seattle Seahawks still celebrating their championship, but the odds for 2027’s Super Bowl LXI are already out – and they is not pretty for Miami Dolphins fans. The Seahawks are the favorite to win next year’s title, opening at +750 according to FanDuel Sportsbook. The Los Angeles Rams are just behind them at +800.
The top AFC teams are the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, both of whom open at +1200. The top five is rounded out with the Green Bay Packers at +1300.
The Dolphins, who have changed both the general manager, hiring Jon-Eric Sullivan, and head coach, adding Jeff Hafley, this offseason, are not in the top ten. Nor the top 20. Nor the top 30.
Miami comes in with the 31st “best” odds to win next year’s Super Bowl. They are listed at +22500.
In other words, if you bet $100 on the Dolphins and they were to win the game, you would be walking away with a $22,500 profit.
The only team with longer odds than the Dolphins are the New York Jets, who are listed at +25000.
Along with the Bills, Dolphins, and Jets, the New England Patriots round out the AFC East. They are listed 10th in the odds at +1700.
The oddsmakers are clearly not being kind to the Dolphins, who have a lot of questions that need to be answered this offseason – starting with who will be their top quarterback after Tua Tagovailoa regressed during the 2025 season. Miami’s salary cap is in bad shape and the team has to find an identity, something they lacked throughout this year.
