There have been a number of changes made across the NFL with regard to head coaches, and general managers, but one of the teams that will be keeping their duo together is the Los Angeles Rams as they extended both Sean McVay and Les Snead.

Anyone not happy with the extensions?

I am going to guess pretty much everyone across the league understands why the Rams extended McVay and Snead, and I also think most fans agree with the move as well, BUT I can be wrong, AND we want to hear from you either way!

Despite not making their third Super Bowl together, it’s hard to argue the success that McVay and Snead have had since teaming up all the way back in the 2017 season.

It’s Tuesday, we are marching towards Friday and Super Bowl Sunday, in the meantime, have a great day and please comment away!

“Across their first nine years working together, Snead and McVay have helped the Rams to a combined 92-57 regular season record with a Super Bowl LVI victory (two Super Bowl appearances), two NFC Championships (three appearances), four NFC West division titles and seven playoff appearances. That 92-57 record, as well as their 10-6 playoff record, both rank fifth-best in the NFL since 2017. Los Angeles has finished with a winning record in eight of those nine years.”

“As we enter their 10th season together, it is only fitting to reflect on the tremendous success Sean and Les have brought to this franchise and the indelible impact they have made on Los Angeles and the NFL,” Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke said in a release from the team. “They continue to embody the standard of this franchise to compete for championships, consistently delivering a product that our fans and city can be proud of. Their collaboration embodies the ‘We Then Me’ ethos we seek in our players, coaches and staff, and we are thrilled they will be leading the Los Angeles Rams for years to come.”

Sean McVay says ‘fingers crossed’ Matthew Stafford returns to Rams in 2026 (cbssports)

“The uncertainty on the Rams’ side is not about whether they would start a 38-year-old Stafford next season but rather about the quarterback’s desire to play in the first place. McVay has his “fingers crossed” that Stafford has more fuel left in his tank.

“I think that if that’s something that he wants to do, the answer is absolutely yes,” McVay said, expressing his interest in constructing another offense around Stafford “… I think what’s great is he’s going to take his time, talk with [his wife] Kelly and the girls and see what’s best.”
