Next week, Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown will take part in the 2026 NFL Pro Bowl games in San Francisco, California, but that won’t be the only all-star game he’ll take part in.
On Friday evening, it was announced that St. Brown will also participate in the NBA All-Star celebrity game, per ESPN. The rest of the celebrity lineup has yet to be announced, but the game will take place on Friday, Feb. 13 at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California, and it will be televised on ESPN.
St. Brown grew up not too far away from Los Angeles. He was born in Anaheim Hill and went to high school in Santa Ana—about 40 miles southeast of LA.
Over the past few years, St. Brown’s celebrity status has grown significantly. With three All Pros, four Pro Bowls, a series of commercials for Little Caesars and Cheerios, plus the expansion of his “St. Brown Podcast,” St. Brown has become a household name amongst the sports arena and beyond.
NBA All-Star weekend runs all weekend from Feb. 13 to Feb. 15, culminating in the official All-Star Game at 5 p.m. ET. Detroit Pistons head coach J.B. Bickerstaff will coach one of the teams, and Cade Cunningham has already been named a starter in the midst of his current MVP-level season.
