The Divisional Round of the 2025-26 NFL playoffs come to an end on Sunday evening with a pair of huge games.
To kick things off, the Houston Texans are in Foxborough to try and take down the New England Patriots. Both teams represent a potential changing of the guard in the AFC, as the conference’s regular contender—the Chiefs, Ravens, Bills, Bengals—are all out of race. The Patriots are surging in Mike Vrabel’s first year running the team, while the Texans have been slowly climbing up the ranks for the past few seasons. But while the Patriots ran a dynasty in the not-so-distant past, the Texans have never even made an AFC Championship Game. History could be made when both teams kick off on 3 p.m. ET on Sunday.
After that, I have a feeling more Detroit Lions fans will be tuned into the back half of the double-header. The Chicago Bears will host the Los Angeles Rams for a game that will decide the other half of an NFC Championship Game against the Seattle Seahawks. Whether your hate the Chicago Bears or Matthew Stafford, there are rooting interests galore for Lions fans. So there will be hate watching Sunday night at 6:30 p.m. ET?
In this post, our Pride of Detroit community will chat during both games in the comment section at the bottom of the page. Make sure you have a free account to join the conversation!
