The Philadelphia Eagles’ 2025 season is over and we now know where the Birds will picking in the 2026 NFL Draft order.

The Eagles own the 23rd overall pick in the first round.

Here’s a history of that selection over the last 10 drafts:

2025 — WR Matthew Golden

2024 — WR Brian Thomas Jr.

2023 — WR Jordan Addison

2022 — CB Kaiir Elam

2021 — OT Christian Darrisaw

2020 — LB Kenneth Murray

2019 — OT Tytus Howard

2018 — OT Isaiah Wynn

2017 — TE Evan Engram

2016 — WR Laquon Treadwell

Mixed bag. Some good players, some bad players.

The Eagles are currently projected to make eight total selections in the 2026 NFL Draft. It’s quite possible that number will change since Howie Roseman is always active when it comes to making trades. We also need to see confirmation of the Eagles’ projected compensatory picks. But, for now, here’s what their situation looks like.

EAGLES 2026 DRAFT PICKS

1st — own pick

2nd — own pick

3rd — from New York Jets

3rd — projected compensatory pick

4th — own pick

4th — projected compensatory pick

5th — from Atlanta Falcons or own pick or from San Francisco 49ers (specifics TBD)

5th — projected compensatory pick

That’s eight selections in the top 176ish picks. Last year, the Eagles made six picks within the top 168.

It’s also four selections in the top 100ish picks. Last year, the Eagles made three picks within the top 111.

The Eagles are currently projected to make six picks before the Washington Commanders make their third pick, which is early in the fifth round.

In other words, the Eagles have an opportunity to do some good things in the draft. Howie Roseman needs to capitalize since this roster will be in need of help given the potential moving parts this offseason.
