The final weekend of the 2025 NFL regular season is here, kicking off with two Saturday games before we head into Week 18’s Sunday schedule. Today’s game feature NFC teams hoping to clinch their respective division titles – and one team hoping to lock up home-field advantage throughout the playoffs including the Super Bowl.

First on the schedule are the Carolina Panthers at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A win by Carolina locks them into the playoffs as they claim the NFC South division title. A Buccaneers win put the division title decision on the New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons game on Sunday – even though neither of those teams can claim the title. The Falcons are already eliminated from the playoffs, but could decide the champion – a Buccaneers win on Saturday coupled with a Falcons loss or tie on Sunday gives Tampa Bay the NFC South crown. If both Tampa Bay and Atlanta win this weekend, however, it creates a three-way tie at the top of the NFC South, and the Panthers claim the division title once the tiebreaks are applied.

The second game tonight features two teams already in the playoffs, but might have much more meaning in determining who will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. The scenario is much more straightforward as the Seattle Seahawks visit the San Francisco 49ers. The winner of the game wins the NFC West division title and, with it, the top seed in the NFC playoff picture. That position guarantees the winner a first-round bye in the playoffs as well as home-field advantage throughout the postseason. For the 49ers, that home-field advantage could extend into the Super Bowl, with Levi’s Stadium set to host the league’s championship game this year.

As we do every week, our contributors here at The Phinsider are back to make their predictions for the weekend’s games. While we run the season-long picks pool based on straight-up wins, our contributors can also make picks against the spread and on the point total for each game. You can check out all of our picks below, presented using Tallysight.

This year, Tallysight also introduced a way for you to get into the picks. You can sign up to join the community in the widget below and make your predictions for each game. Can the community do better than our contributors? There is only one way to find out.
