The NFL has set the Week 18 schedule, including the Miami Dolphins’ season-ending visit to the 2025 AFC East champion New England Patriots. While the Dolphins are headed home after this game and New England is headed into the postseason, the game still provides a chance for Miami to put up a strong performance and prevent the Patriots from claiming the top spot in the AFC playoff picture.
The NFL has slotted the Dolphins at Patriots game for Sunday at 4:25 p.m. Eastern on FOX. The Denver Broncos, tied at 13-3 with the Patriots and holding on to the top spot heading into Week 18, kickoff simultaneously over on CBS as they host the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chargers are tied with the Buffalo Bills in the wild card picture.
Miami lost to the Patriots 33-27 in Week 3 this year in Miami in the first half of the two-game season series between the AFC East rivals.
The league scheduled the AFC North championship game, featuring the Baltimore Ravens at the Pittsburgh Steelers, for the Sunday Night Football finale to the regular season. The winner of that game will hold the fourth-seed position and claim the division title. The loser will be the first team on the wrong side of the playoff cut line.
