NY Giants vs. Las Vegas Raiders final score, results, draft order, recap NFL Week 17

The New York Giants on Sunday ruined their opportunity to guarantee getting the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft by defeating the Las Vegas Raiders, 34-10.

The No. 1 pick now belongs to the 2-14 Raiders, with the Giants holding the No. 2 overall pick. The Giants can still get the No. 1 pick if they lose to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 18 and the Raiders defeat the Kansas City Chiefs.

The 3-13 Giants broke a nine-game 2025 losing streak and a 13-game road losing streak dating back to the 2024 season.

The Giants, who have blown several double-digit leads this season, took a 20-3 lead midway through the third quarter and cruised from there.

The victory was the first in six games for interim head coach Mike Kafka, and the first of his career as a head coach.

The victory also meant the Giants avoided the possibility of their first two-win season since 1974, when the NFL season was just 14 games.

Giants vs. Raiders stats to know

Wan’Dale Robinson surpassed 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in his career. Robinson did so with a huge game, catching 11 passes for 113 yards. He now had 1,014 receiving yards for the season. The 11 receptions tied his single-game career high, set last season against the Dallas Cowboys.

Jaxson Dart completed 22 of 30 passes for 207 yards. He also ran nine times for 48 yards and touchdown runs of 12 and 2 yards. This was an excellent bounce back game for Dart after a poor game last week against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Giants had two interceptions, one each from Bobby Okereke and Dane Belton. Okereke also had seven tackles, one for loss, and a pass defensed.

Brian Burns had 1.5 sacks, raising his career-high season total to 16.5.

Abdul Carter had a half-sack, two tackles for loss, and four quarterback hits.

Tyrone Tracy had 14 carries for 62 yards; Devin Singletary had eight carries for 45 yards and a touchdown.

Tanking? Nah! The Giants took a 17-3 lead in the first half with Dart, Robinson, and Okereke leading the way.

Dart went 15 of 20 for 134 yards and ran for a 12-yard touchdown. Robinson caught nine passes for 97 yards. Okereke set up a Giants’ touchdown with an interception and 47-yard return.
