NFL WEEK 17 GAMES
BALTIMORE RAVENS at GREEN BAY PACKERS (-2.5): The Backup Quarterback Bowl: Tyler Huntley vs. Malik Willis. The Ravens’ season is on the line so I say they don’t go down without a fight. PICK: Ravens +2.5
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (-7.5) at CAROLINA PANTHERS: The Panthers are frisky enough to cover the spread but not win. PICK: Panthers +7.5
ARIZONA CARDINALS at CINCINNATI BENGALS (-7): The Cards are bad and banged up. PICK: Bengals -7
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (-5.5) at MIAMI DOLPHINS: The Bucs have been playing too poorly to be favored by this much. They’ll win a close game. PICK: Dolphins +5.5
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (-5.5) at INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: The Jags are rolling. The Colts are playing on short rest after losing on Monday night. PICK: Jaguars -5.5
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (-13.5) at NEW YORK JETS: The Pats have been able to roll bad teams. PICK: Patriots -13.5
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (-2.5) at TENNESSEE TITANS: Cam Ward has been playing his best football lately. The Saints have also been competitive but the Titans will give them a run for their money. PICK: Titans +2.5
PITTSBURGH STEELERS (-3) at CLEVELAND BROWNS: Could see the Browns scrapping it up and pulling off the upset. PICK: Browns +3
NEW YORK GIANTS (-2.5) at LAS VEGAS RAIDERS: Man. How bad are the Raiders that they’re not even favored at home against a team that’s 2-13? PICK: Giants -2.5
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES at BUFFALO BILLS (-1.5): This line started with the Bills as 2.5-point home favorites but there’s clearly been movement in Philly’s favor. On paper, the Eagles should be able to take advantage of the Bills’ bad run defense. Josh Allen could torment Vic Fangio but I think the Birds will be able to win this game. Or at least make the final score very close. Not too often that you get to take the Eagles and the points. PICK: Eagles +1.5
CHICAGO BEARS at SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (-3): The 49ers are rolling right now. The Bears can’t keep getting away with their one-score game luck. PICK: 49ers -3
LOS ANGELES RAMS (-8.5) at ATLANTA FALCONS: The Rams are coming off extra rest since they played on Thursday in Week 16. They should be fired up to bounce back with a win. PICK: Rams -8.5
