The Philadelphia Eagles issued their third and final official injury report in advance of their Week 16 road game against the Washington Commanders.
The Eagles ruled two players OUT: Jalen Carter and Lane Johnson.
Carter will miss his third straight start. The Eagles will continue to roll with Moro Ojomo, Jordan Davis, Bryon Young, Brandon Graham playing on the interior, and Ty Robinson at defensive tackle.
Lane Johnson will miss his fifth straight start. Fred Johnson will be his replacement at right tackle once again. Big Fred returned to practice on Thursday after being listed under “did not participate” on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Eagles ruled two players QUESTIONABLE: Cameron Latu and Cameron Williams.
The questionable Camerons. Band name idea?
Latu was upgraded from DNP on Tuesday to limited on Wednesday to full go on Thursday. Perhaps he’ll be a game-time decision. Eagles-Commanders inactives will be announced at 3:30 PM Eastern on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles opened Williams’ 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve last week but the team doesn’t seem to be in a rush to activate the rookie offensive tackle.
Fred Johnson, Landon Dickerson, Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, Zack Baun, and Jaelan Phillips are all listed without a game status.
This means they’re ready to play despite appearing on the injury report this week.
Dickerson was listed under “did not participate” on Tuesday and Wednesday before being upgraded to full go on Thursday.

The Eagles opened Williams’ 21-day practice window to return from IR on December 11. Ojulari is currently eligible to return from IR. Mukuba is eligible to return from IR after Week 16 but Vic Fangio said he won’t be healthy enough to play by then. Practice windows to return from IR were previously opened for Lampkin and Hinton but the Eagles did not activate them before they closed, thus ending their seasons. BVS, Wilson, and Okoronkwo suffered season-ending injuries.
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS INJURY REPORT (THURSDAY)
The Commanders ruled four players OUT: starting quarterback Jayden Daniels, starting left tackle Laremy Tunsil, rotational defensive tackle Eddie Goldman, and third tight end Colson Yankoff.
Washington is shutting Daniels down for the season with three games left to play. Marcus Mariota will start at quarterback.
Tunsil tried to give it a go on Wednesday but left practice early and did not participate on Thursday. His absence means Washington will start Brandon Coleman at left tackle. Coleman started 12 games as a rookie in 2024 but he was relegated to backup duty this season. The Eagles’ pass rush should be able to get after both Coleman and rookie Josh Conerly Jr. at right tackle.
Goldman is normally the third defensive tackle behind starters Daron Payne and Javon Kinlaw. His absence could hurt a Commanders run defense that is already bad when he does play.
Yankoff’s absence leaves Washington with two healthy tight ends on their active roster: Ben Sinnott and John Bates.
The Commanders ruled two players QUESTIONABLE: fill-in starting cornerback Jonathan Jones and second-year defensive tackle Jer’Zhan Newton.
Jones was full go on Tuesday and Wednesday but sat out of Thursday’s practice due to a rib injury. If he can’t play, Washington will be down to a third-string CB option.
Newton was added to Thursday’s injury report with an illness. He’ll probably be able to play.
The Commanders are missing a number of notable starters on injured reserve.
Former Eagles legend and Washington starting tight end Zach Ertz is among them. Others include starting cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore (who looked cooked prior to getting hurt) and Trey Amos, starting defensive linemen Dorance Armstrong and Deatrich Wise Jr., starting running back Austin Ekeler, and starting wide receiver Noah Brown.
