Checking in with Detroit Lions fans for our latest SB Nation Reacts survey: Which Lions injury is most concerning?
Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Detroit Lions fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
Each week, in our SB Nation Reacts Survey, we will provide readers with a question or two specifically geared toward Detroit Lions fans, with an article exploring the results released later in the week. This week we have two questions, the first being a recurring weekly question, and the second designed for Week 4:
1. Are you confident the Lions are headed in the right direction? (weekly poll)
2. Which Lions injury is most concerning?
The confidence poll has seen some fluctuation early in the season. They opened with 99% of fans believing they were headed in the right direction, then checked in at 97% following the win over the Rams, then dropped to 79% following the loss to the Bucs in Week 2. Now, after righting the ship and getting back to their winning ways over a hot Cardinals team, it’s time for fans to once again adjust their readings on the team and vote again.
In our second survey question—Which Lions injury is most concerning?—we did a more thorough breakdown of the majority of injuries in a previous article, and got an update on Ragnow on Wednesday morning, but here are some highlights of your voting choices, to give you a refresher:
- TE Sam LaPorta — day-to-day
- C Frank Ragnow — week-to-week, but could play this weekend
- DT Alim McNeill — day-to-day
- EDGE Marcus Davenport — season-ending injury
- SAM Derrick Barnes — will miss a “significant amount of time”
- S Brian Branch — in concussion protocol
Alright, it’s time to vote in the polls below and keep an eye out later in the week for the results. While you wait, be sure to check out FanDuel Sportsbook, our sponsor for our Reacts Survey series.
