These are some of the best player prop bets to target in Week 13 for the 2025 NFL season.
RB Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks: Over 8.5 rushing attempts (-120)

No team runs the ball more than the Seattle Seahawks, with their 48.7% run-play rate ranking 5 percentage points higher than any other team in the NFL this season. A big reason for that is their frequent lopsided game scripts, having run an NFL-best 231 plays when leading by 10 or more points.
With the Seahawks laying 12 points at home against the Vikings, this matchup projects to be another opportunity for the running game to eat up clock behind a big lead. Minnesota is set to start undrafted first-year quarterback Max Brosmer with J.J. McCarthy in concussion protocol. Although it remains to be seen what Brosmer can accomplish in his first start, the Seahawks’ defense presents a challenge. The unit ranks sixth in EPA per play allowed.
The last and most crucial piece to this equation is the two-headed monster in Seattle’s backfield, Charbonnet and Kenneth Walker III. While Walker is the top option, Charbonnet remains heavily involved, accounting for 37.8% of the carries this season. That volume share tied to a run-heavy scheme in Seattle has allowed Charbonnet to eclipse this 8.5 carries line in eight of his 10 games this season. With reserve back George Holani out with a hamstring injury, Charbonnet will be in line for more garbage time touches.
WR Christian Kirk, Houston Texans: Over 2.5 receptions (+150)

The Texans’ receiver room has become a bit more crowded recently, with names like Jayden Higgins, Jaylin Noel and Xavier Hutchinson earning bigger roles. Even still, the Texans haven’t forgotten about Christian Kirk’s talents, making it a point to get the ball in his hands against the Bills in Week 12. He led the offense with five receptions.
That marked his first outing with more than a single reception in three games with Davis Mills as the starter, which is a contributing factor to the pricing of this line. But C.J. Stroud is back under center, so Kirk should receive a healthy boost in target percentage. In the four games where Stroud and Kirk have shared the field this season, Kirk has hauled in three or more catches each time.
Christian Kirk’s Receiving Metrics by Quarterback
| Routes Run | Receptions | Target % | |
| C.J. Stroud | 86 | 12 | 24.2% |
| Davis Mills | 94 | 9 | 19.1% |
The Colts’ difficulties with restricting production from opposing receivers led them to make a splash at the deadline to acquire star cornerback Sauce Gardner. Alongside the return of Charvarius Ward, the outside coverage looks formidable. Yet, it’s the inside coverage that has looked a bit shaky, as slot cornerback Kenny Moore II has generated just a 37.1 PFF coverage grade and allowed 17 receptions since Week 8. Kirk is in line to have a productive day in this matchup.
