The Miami Dolphins get their second 2025 shot at the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, looking to avenge a Week 3 31-21 loss in Buffalo. The Dolphins lead the all-time head-to-head matchup with the Bills 61-57-1, but Buffalo has won the last seven meetings – and 16 of the last 18 contests. This AFC East division rivalry has become extremely lopsided over the last decade.

This year has been an ugly one for Miami, which finished the first half of the season 2-7 and looks like a team that can compete in games but cannot finish them. They are just a half-game above the New York Jets for last place in the division and they could be on their way to an extremely early selection in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Buffalo, meanwhile, had a two-week stumble earlier in the season, but they used their bye week to right the ship and are starting to rollw with back-to-back wins since. They are 6-2 on the year, just a half-game back of the New England Patriots in the division standings.

This game looks, on paper at least, like a potential blowout, with Buffalo continuing to steamroll the Dolphins. That possibility has dropped, what at one point could have been a marquee matchup for the weekend, into an afterthought for most fans and for the television broadcast plan.

As of Friday afternoon, South Florida; most of New York (including bleeding into Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Vermont), other than New York City and the northeastern part of the state; and areas within Wyoming are slated to get the game.

CBS will air the game with commentary from Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis, and Jason McCourty. This will be the fourth Dolphins game this season for the broadcast crew, following Miami’s Week 1 loss at the Indianapolis Colts, Week 2 loss to the New England Patriots, and Week 6 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

The map below, via 506Sports.com, shows where the game will be seen. Local affiliates could still elect to switch which game they will carry. We will revisit the map on Sunday.
