It never made sense for the Philadelphia Eagles to move A.J. Brown prior to the November 4 NFL trade deadline.
And so it’s good to see that rationality prevailed and Brown will remain with the Eagles for the rest of the 2025 season.
Could the Eagles move Brown after this year? That much remains to be seen. The vibes are certainly weird at the moment.
But a lot can change from now until then. And perhaps for the better. But maybe not.
In any case, Brown’s future is exactly that: a topic for the future. The topic for the now is that Brown remains an Eagle and any speculation that he’s leaving Philly in 2025 is over.
Brown and the Eagles need to work together to make the most of the present and get on the same page to give this team the best chance they can to win Super Bowl LX.
