- Dallas strengthens the linebacking corps: Logan Wilson himself has posted a 54.8 PFF grade in 2025, but he has earned marks between 61.5 and 74.6 in every season from 2021 to 2024. At worst, he represents an upgrade over what the Cowboys currently have at linebacker, as their four players with 100 or more defensive snaps this season have earned PFF grades ranging from 39.7 to 56.3.
- The Ravens add defensive line depth: Jones might not dramatically raise the ceiling of the Ravens defense, but he undoubtedly raises its floor. He’s earned a PFF pass-rush grade above 65.0 in all seven of his NFL seasons and has already produced 19 pressures in 2025 — including five sacks and four quarterback hits — earning a 67.5 PFF pass-rush grade and an 11.5% win rate.

Dallas Cowboys trading for Cincinnati Bengals LB Logan Wilson
Wilson became surplus to requirements in Cincinnati, with the Bengals turning to rookies Barrett Carter and Demetrius Knight Jr., who rank 92nd and 93rd, respectively, out of 94 linebackers who have played 100 or more snaps this season. Wilson himself has posted a 54.8 PFF grade in 2025, but he has earned marks between 61.5 and 74.6 in every season from 2021 to 2024.
At worst, he represents an upgrade over what the Cowboys currently have at linebacker, as their four players with 100 or more defensive snaps this season have earned PFF grades ranging from 39.7 to 56.3.

Baltimore Ravens acquire Tennessee Titans‘ DI Dre’Mont Jones
Jones might not dramatically raise the ceiling of the Ravens defense, but he undoubtedly raises its floor. He’s earned a PFF pass-rush grade above 65.0 in all seven of his NFL seasons and has already produced 19 pressures in 2025 — including five sacks and four quarterback hits — earning a 67.5 PFF pass-rush grade and an 11.5% win rate.
All five of those marks would lead Baltimore’s current edge group, and Jones also brings valuable versatility as a player who can slide inside on passing downs. That flexibility fills a critical need for the Ravens following Nnamdi Madubuike’s season-ending injury.
