Week 9 comes to a close with a “Monday Night Football” matchup featuring the Arizona Cardinals (2-5) and Dallas Cowboys (3-4-1).
After starting the season 2-0 with wins over the Saints and Panthers, the Cardinals are on a five-game losing streak and are hoping their Week 8 bye can afford them a better fate than the Lions’ bye week did. They’ll face a Cowboys team that is 2-2 since their tie with the Packers, including their most recent loss, 44-24, to the Broncos in Week 8.
The Cardinals are not on the Lions’ schedule in 2025, but Detroit will host the Cowboys on “Thursday Night Football” in Week 14, for those who want to do some very advanced scouting.
