The Las Vegas Raiders have a lot of problems to address and correct as they return from their bye week with a 2025 record.
Perhaps the biggest issue that needs to be fixed is the offense. The unit has floundered badly under first-season offensive coordinator Chip Kelly.

A lot was expected from Kelly’s unit that included key newcomers quarterback Geno Kelly and first-round pick Ashton Jeanty. But the unit has floundered all season and are coming off a 31-0 shutout at Kansas City prior to the bye.
