The Los Angeles Rams are trying to avoid an 0-3 start to the season, but are trailing the San Francisco 49ers at halftime.
The Los Angeles Rams are trailing the San Francisco 49ers by a score of 14-7. The game started with the 49ers driving down the field and scoring a touchdown. LA’s response to that score was to go three and out on offense. The Rams did finally score in the second quarter and even ran a gusty fake punt to keep that same scoring drive alive, but the 49ers have probably looked a bit sharer overall and the score at the end of the half reflects that.
There is another half of football left, maybe Sean McVay can continue to make the right adjustments and figure something out, but Kyle Shanahan will certainly have some tricks up his sleeve too. Chris Shula’s defense has made some plays and even forced a turnover, despite giving up two TD’s. The Rams are playing scrappy, but will they be able to keep pace with San Francisco?
