SCORE UPDATES
4Q – 1:57 [Eagles 28 – Vikings 22]: The Vikings opted to kick a 29-yard field to get within a touchdown of the Eagles with just under two minutes left to play.
4Q – 6:35 [Eagles 28 – Vikings 19]: Jalen Hurts connected with A.J. Brown for another touchdown, this one on a 26-yard pass.
4Q – 10:06 [Eagles 21 – Vikings 19]: Thankfully the Eagles defense has been able to keep the Vikings out of the endzone for most of the afternoon, and were able to keep them from taking the lead thanks to a huge sack by Moro Ojomo. Minnesota settled for their fourth field goal of the game.
3Q – 3:38 [Eagles 21 – Vikings 16]: The Vikings scored their first touchdown of the game on a nearly-short one-yard run by Jordan Mason.
3Q – 8:07 [Eagles 21 – Vikings 9]: Jalen Hurts connected with DeVonta Smith on a beautiful 74-yard touchdown pass to create some momentum after the half.
3Q – 9:02 [Eagles 14 – Vikings 9]: Coming out of halftime, the Vikings were able to put up some more points thanks to their third field goal of the game.
2Q – 6:34 [Eagles 14 – Vikings 6]: The Vikings weren’t able to capitalize on some missed tackles and injuries and ended up having to make another field goal.
2Q – 12:10 [Eagles 14 – Vikings 3]: DEFENSIVE TOUCHDOWN! Jalyx Hunt intercepted a pass by Carson Wentz intended for Justin Jefferson and returned it 47 yards for a touchdown.
1Q – 2:04 [Eagles 7 – Vikings 3]: The Eagles defense was able to make up for allowing a couple big plays, and after a botched snap on third down, the Vikings were forced to settle for a really long 59-yard field goal.
1Q – 6:59 [Eagles 7 – Vikings 0]: POINTS! The Eagles led a really impressive 12-play drive that ate up over eight minutes of clock and ended with a 37-yard deep pass to A.J. Brown for a touchdown.
