Welcome to your first Detroit Lions-less NFL Sunday of the 2025 season. With the Lions headed to the East Coast to take on the Baltimore Ravens, your Sunday is free of any football-related stress. That also means you can park your butt on the couch and watch RedZone all day. And get used to this experience, because the Lions play on days other than Sunday at least five times this year:
- Week 3 at Ravens (MNF)
- Week 7 vs. Buccaneers (MNF)
- Week 13 vs. Packers (Thanksgiving)
- Week 14 vs. Cowboys (TNF)
- Week 17 at Vikings (TNF)
Add in the Week 8 bye, and that’s six out of 18 weeks you can just sit, relax, and watch some Sunday NFL football.
Of course, we at Pride of Detroit would love to enhance your football Sunday experience. That’s why we leave these live chat posts here for you to share your observations, celebrations, and frustrations with fellow Lions fans in the comment section below. We’ll keep this thread open all day, from the first 1 p.m. ET games all the way to the Sunday night matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Giants.
