It’s time to take a look at our SB Nation Reacts results for our Minnesota Vikings questions this week! We’ve got three of them, so let’s not delay any further.

Our first question, as it will be every week throughout the season, is whether or not you feel the Vikings are going in the right direction. The sentiment here seems pretty overwhelming.

SB Nation Reacts Results: Who Scores First?

Of those who responded to our poll, a full 99% say that they are, in fact, confident that the team is heading in the right direction.

Well. . .that’s pretty good, isn’t it? I mean, it’s really hard to get a whole lot higher than that. In fact, I’d dare say that, from here, there’s nowhere to go but down. Here’s hoping that it doesn’t go down anytime soon.

Our second question was which newcomer everyone was most excited to see make their Vikings’ debut on Monday night (excluding J.J. McCarthy, who would have been the runaway winner had we included him). There was a pretty clear winner to this one as well.

With 42% of the vote, running back Jordan Mason took the top spot for this question, and that makes a lot of sense. While we can all appreciate what Aaron Jones did for the Vikings last year, I have a feeling that Mason is going to end up being the lead back sooner rather than later. I think he’s in for a big season in 2025 if he can stay healthy.

Right behind him was the team’s first round pick, Donovan Jackson, who garnered 24% of the vote, narrowly beating out defensive lineman Javon Hargrave at 22%.

Our last question deals directly with Monday night’s game in Chicago, and that was who you think will score the first touchdown for the Vikings against the Bears. It was a close result, but our respondents seem to have a little bit of Hollywood in them.

With 29% of the vote, our readers think that the returning Adam Thielen will score the first touchdown for the Vikings in his return to the team. He narrowly edged out Jordan Mason, who brought in 26% of the vote. I have to be honest. . .while Mason got my vote, I can’t think of anything I’d love more than seeing Thielen reel in a touchdown pass in his return. That would be something pretty awesome to see.

T.J. Hockenson, who at this time last year was still rehabbing his knee injury, came in third with 17% of the vote, just ahead of Aaron Jones at 16%. Justin Jefferson, surprisingly, only picked up 8% of the vote. I thought he’d be higher, to be honest. I guess it just goes to show how many options this team has on offense now.

Those are our SB Nation Reacts results for this week, ladies and gentlemen. We’ll have a new round of questions for you next week. Thanks for everyone who took the time to participate in this week’s poll!
