The Los Angeles Rams kick off the 2025 season two weeks from Sunday against the Houston Texans. There is clearly plenty of excitement about the Rams this year, and getting to see real football months after the Super Bowl. With the start of the season comes fantasy football drafts, and I want to know about the greatest teams you ever put together.
Auto drafters, you are exempt from this exercise. Sorry, thems the rules.
The greatest team I ever assembled came during the 2020 season. Here are just some of the players I had on my roster come playoff time (through a mix of elite drafting and acquiring players from league members who had given up on their teams):
- Aaron Rodgers (won MVP)
- Alvin Kamara
- James Robinson (Illinois State guys gotta stick together!)
- Davante Adams
- Stefon Diggs
- Travis Kelce
- DeAndre Hopkins
This team was so stacked that Hopkins rode my bench, and I only started him once. My league had a two-week championship, and on the first weekend, Kamara gifted me a Christmas present with his 6-touchdown performance against the Vikings. Adams and Diggs also had 3 receiving touchdowns apiece. Needless to say, I won my league crown with ease.
Thankfully, I managed to overcome taking Christian McCaffrey first overall, as he only played three games that season.
Turf Show Ramily, what is the best fantasy roster you ever put together, and how did that team finish the season? Let us know in the comments, and the happiest of Fridays to you!
