The two Bengals legends have a real shot.
For a lot of Cincinnati Bengals fans, Chad Johnson was the man who made them fall in love with the team. Now it’s their turn to advocate for the legendary receiver to be enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Johnson, along with perhaps the greatest right tackle ever, Willie Anderson, are nominees for the 2025 class.

As a gentle reminder, Johnson had some of the most impressive footwork the league has ever seen and was a two-time All Pro who racked up over 10,000 yards in his time in Cincinnati along with 66 touchdown receptions.

In addition to his undeniable talent (and always being open), his confidence and generosity of spirit quickly made him a fan favorite.
Anderson, meanwhile, was an absolute wall on the right end. As his former coach pointed out, he held up amazingly against some of the best pass rushers the NFL has seen.
The great WILLIE ANDERSON played 25 games against HOF rushers and gave up one sack. In fact he only allowed 15 sacks in 13 years. Unbelievable

No doubt, Bengals fans and true lovers of the game will be rooting for both these gentlemen to move to the semi finals and beyond.
In other news, the current Bengals played their hearts out but came up short against the Kansas City Chiefs. Was there enough to encourage fans that change is in the air? We preview their upcoming Monday night game against the Washington Commanders:
