Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Miami Dolphins offense was a mess last season and there were a variety of different reasons as to why that was. The team should have two new starting guards with James Daniels and Jonah Savaiinaea, both of whom will be major upgrades at guard. But all eyes will probably be on Patrick Paul as he takes over at left tackle after Terron Armstead announced his retirement this offseason.
