Rams fans chime in on their most-wanted first round prospects for the draft!

Several of the most popular 2025 NFL Draft prospects as it relates to the Los Angeles Rams at pick 26 are Colston Loveland, Malaki Starks, Jahdae Barron, Shedeur Sanders, Tetairoa McMillan, James Pearce, and Josh Simmons. I pulled those seven names directly from an article by Blaine Grisak this week.

Here were some of the top names added in the comments by Rams fans:

EDGE Nic Scourton:

Thoughts on Nic Scourton? I feel like he has “fallen” a bit since the end of the college season and went from being mocked in the 1st round to now being early 2nd round.

RB Omarion Hampton:

What about RB Omarion Hampton?

DB Nick Emmanwori:

What about Nick Emmanwori?

LB Jihaad Campbell:

I thought your list would include LB Jihaad Campbell.

If we go to another article by Blaine this week, highlighting his favorite players at every position, some more names in the comments that go somewhere at the end or after round one, we could add…

WR Jaylin Noel, LB Danny Stutsman, RB Trevor Etienne, and CB Darien Porter:

WesCoastRams!
My top guys(Rams fit leaning)at most positions..
QB- Sheduer Sanders He has the arm & obviously the confidence, which i think will be the reason he keeps pushing himself to be great. I thought he improved his feet in the pocket considerably this past year after a difficult looking 2023 pocket presence imo, and if he keeps improving then i can definitely see him being a threat in the league.
RB- Trevor Etienne A big game back who was always explosive when his team needed him the most.. Not the biggest back but he’ll instantly be the lighting of the RB stable. Could possibly be available later in the draft.
WR- Jaylin Noel A complete threat for a competent pass offense.. Speed, agility, high WR IQ & intangibles. I think he will be a highly productive player in the right situation(The Rams ). I don’t think he makes it to 90 though..
TE- Moliki Matavao A huge TE who I think has great agility & awareness as a receiver.. He can be a big asset safety blanket for our future QB.. I don’t necessarily think we need a TE early on, so to me he would be a solid pick late in the draft.
DL- Tyliek Williams A Strong, quick, explosive player who I think will be a disruptive player in the league from the get go.. He reminds me of the quick strong players(though he has good weight) the Rams usually covet. I see him being drafted at the backend of the 1st round or early 2nd. Kenneth Grant is another DL i’m very intrigued by.
LB- Danny Stutsman All-around LB with the athletic profile that the Rams have been missing as of late.. He was very productive, capable of blitzing, dropping in coverage and chasing down players before the can get around the corner.. I think he would be a great piece for the middle of our defense.
S- Lathan Ransom Reminds me of Rapp, more of a box safety for run support, but I think his floor, is close to Rapp’s ceiling and i feel he will be better in coverage.. It may take a year or 2 for him to get fully acclimated to the league but i feel he has the athleticism & attack mentality to be a big time disruptor for offense’s throughout the league.. I think he would be a great presence for us on the backend of the defense.
CB- Darien Porter Long, rangy player with great size & speed who would do wonders for us against the WR talent of the NFC.. We haven’t really went for the physically imposing types at corner, but why not??

Or how about RB Quinshon Judkins:

BubbaKincaid
ILB…Jihad, Knight or Stutsman
RB….Im just gonna say to heck with all these other RBs that are out there…Bubba wants Judkins
CB/DB…BPA

Because we have so many intelligent, well-rounded, historically knowledgable fans in the comments here at the TST community, we have the best Rams fans comment section on the Internet. Better than Twitter, better than Reddit, and obviously no contest with whatever is happening at The Athletic (nothing happens there), I know for sure that TST’s community ranks #1.

Thank you for giving us so much more extended knowledge beyond simply what me and the other writers post on Turf Show Times because the community is what separates TST from every other Rams site.

So let’s keep it going, shall we?
