The Rams have cap space — about $33 million prior to parting with Cooper Kupp — according to OvertheCap.com, although that doesn’t include any potential changes in Matthew Stafford’s contract. The team has traded away Jonah Jackson as well, not giving them much cap space but making Les Snead a little more cap flexible.
The team has re-signed Tutu Atwell for $10 million, guaranteed. The receiver room should be set going into the draft. Would the Rams make a play for any offensive line help? What about cornerbacks and linebackers?
