The Rams are readying to replace Cooper Kupp by signing Davante Adams
As has been speculated for a week, the Los Angeles Rams are signing receiver Davante Adams, according to Ian Rapoport. The contract is a two-year deal worth $46 million and $26 million of that money is guaranteed, according to Rapoport.
The deal is essentially the money that the Rams do not want to pay to Cooper Kupp, a receiver who the team is expected to release if they are unable to find a trade partner. It sure does not seem the Rams will find that trade partner, but at least they know who they want starting opposite of Puka Nacua in 2025.

This news comes days after L.A. re-signed Tutu Atwell to a one-year, $10 million contract.
So even though the Rams don’t want to keep Kupp for $20 million, they’ve been more than willing to spend a guaranteed $36 million on Atwell and Adams. Now we know why Matthew Stafford was okay with staying in L.A. for less money than he would have gotten from the Raiders and Giants.
