The Philadelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs tonight in the Super Bowl. For most of us Minnesota Vikings fans, the food and entertainment is just as, if not more, important than the game. I am not a big Super Bowl part person because there’s too much going on to watch the game.
Personally, I’m cooking today. I’m not doing the hokey, Philly Cheesesteaks and KC BBQ tonight. How many years in a row can you eat BBQ? I’m starting off with some steak and egg burritos with some fresh berries on the side. This afternoon/tonight will be homemade sliders with hand cut fries. Keep it simple and delicious.
