Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Miami Dolphins ended the 2024 season with one of the better defenses in the NFL. The defensive line played a big part in the team’s success but had it’s own share of issues. Zach Sieler was the star among the unit as he recorded his second consecutive 10-sack season where many expected him to fall off with the loss of Christian Wilkins. But the team does need to find some young, hungry talent to bring in to elevate the defensive line next season.
