Rams fans answer questions on what happened during the 2024 season
The Rams 2024 season is officially in the books. What will you remember? I posted six Rams season questions in the comments below and like any good reporter, I don’t want to talk…I want to listen!
But here’s a very short, incomplete recap of the 2024 season:
- The Rams completed their 88th season in the NFL
- They went 10-7
- That’s the 25th time the team has posted double-digit wins
- They won their 22nd division title
- The Rams have 4 division titles under Sean McVay
- They were outscored by 19 points
- The Rams won their ninth playoff game under McVay
- The team rebounded from a 1-4 start after Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp returned
- Matthew Stafford told his wife he cracked his ribs a few weeks ago
- Chris Shula had a great first season as a defensive coordinator
- The team had a stingy red zone defense, ranking 5th in the NFL
- Offensively, they were ranked 25th in the red zone
- Nacua led the NFL in 100-yard games despite missing 6 games
- The team picked Jared Verse in the first round
- They picked Braden Fiske in the second
- Verse was named to the Pro Bowl
- Fiske led all rookies in sacks
- Jonah Jackson was the biggest free agent signing
- He was benched for Beaux Limmer, a sixth round rookie
- Cooper Kupp acknowledged he might not be with the team next season
- Kobie Turner is a beast
