Along with injury designations for Monday night’s matchup
The Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears have issued their final injury reports along with injury designations for their Monday night matchup. Here they are:
Minnesota Vikings
- CB Stephon Gilmore, Hamstring, QUESTIONABLE
Gilmore was seen working a bit in practice on Saturday, and is officially questionable for the Bears game, although I would imagine the Vikings will be cautious bringing Gilmore back.
Chicago Bears
- OT Ryan Bates, Concussion, OUT
- DT Gervon Dexter Sr., Knee, OUT
- RB Roschon Johnson, Concussion, OUT
- RB D’Andre Swift, Groin, QUESTIONABLE
The Bears will be without backup tackle Ryan Bates, and more importantly starting defensive tackle Gervon Dexter and backup running back Roschon Johnson. Dexter is the Bears’ highest-graded defensive tackle.
D’Andre Swift was upgraded to a limited participant in Saturday’s practice and is officially listed as questionable. If Swift can’t go, third string back Travis Homer will carry the load, although the Bears have Darrynton Evans and Royce Freeman on the practice squad and could activate one or both for Monday night’s game.
