Houston began the 2024 season with five wins over the first six weeks of the year, jumping out to a fast start for the year. Over the past eight weeks, they have come back down to Earth, however, winning just three of their seven games during that span. As they come off their bye week, the Texans will be looking to hold on to their two-game lead in the AFC South division title race.

Houston has dominated Miami since joining the league in 2002. They won the first seven meetings between the clubs and are 8-3 all time. That includes a 5-0 record when the Dolphins visit Houston. How will this weekend’s game play out?

Texans fans began the season with a near-perfect fan confidence rating of 99 percent, believing the team was headed in the right direction in Weeks 1 and 2. It dropped to 76 percent in Week 5, but jumped back up to 98 percent by Week 7.
