Week 12 of the 2024 NFL season wraps up this evening, with the Baltimore Ravens traveling to take on the Los Angeles Chargers. The 7 and 4 Ravens currently hold second place in the AFC North. Baltimore is coming off a loss to the AFC North’s first-place Pittsburgh Steelers two Sundays ago, 18 to 16. The Chargers also sit in second place in their division, the AFC West, with their 7 and 3 record. LA is coming off a four-game win streak, including last week’s victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, 34 to 27.

—My Pick: The Ravens will cover. Both teams are playing well at this point in the season. When all things are equal, I look at each team’s quarterback and compare. While it’s always hard to pick against Larmar Jackson, it’s tough to pick against him when comparing him against other QBs in the NFL most of the time. Lamar Jackson will be the difference maker in this one, willing his team to win by at least a field goal margin.
