Week 12 concludes with the latest installment of the Harbaugh Bowl, as the Baltimore Ravens are taking on the Los Angeles Chargers on “Monday Night Football.” Come chat with us in our open thread.

The NFL closes out Week 12 with the latest edition of the Harbaugh Bowl, as Jim Harbaugh’s Los Angeles Chargers (7-3) welcome in John Harbaugh’s Baltimore Ravens (7-4) on “Monday Night Football.” The brothers have faced off two other times in their coaching histories, with older brother John winning both battles—including in Super Bowl 47.

While both teams have seven wins on the season, the Ravens are coming off a tough loss to the Steelers, while the Chargers have strung together four wins in a row. In their histories, they’ve met just 15 times, with the Ravens holding a 9-5 regular season advantage and the Chargers winning the only time they’ve played in the Playoffs.

This game figures to be a fun battle between one of the best offenses (Ravens) in the NFL versus one of the best defenses (Chargers). And while the tie typically goes to the offense in the NFL, the Chargers have the offensive firepower to keep pace, especially against a Ravens secondary that has been inconsistent this year. Will Jim go against his own instincts and back off the run a bit in order to let Justin Herbert cook? That could be the difference in this game.

Betting line and pick for the game

The folks over at FanDuel Sportsbook are favoring John Baltimore in this game with the betting line being set at Ravens -2.5 points. In all the years I’ve watched Jim coach, he rarely backs off the run, which could be a challenge in this game, especially when the passing game seems to be the Chargers’ best path to victory. Meanwhile, the reverse is true when we flip sides, as Ravens rushing attack could get them to eight wins.

This should be another highly entertaining and close prime-time game, but when it comes to running the ball, I’m siding with Lamar and King Henry.

Prediction: Ravens 24-23

Here’s how to watch tonight’s “Monday Night Football” game:
