Jon-Eric Sullivan is bringing the Green Bay Packers way to the Miami Dolphins. The Packers have been a team where they like to develop their own talent and retain it. They will make the occasional big splash free agent signing or trade, but it’s not often. Sullivan did say they will add one or two role players who will be able to help the team. What position are you hoping the Dolphins address when free agency starts?
