It was reported last week that the Miami Dolphins were looking for a trade partner for safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, addressed those rumors and stated they had had no conversations about a trade with the team. Rosenhaus said Fitzpatrick is content being in Miami, but if they are exploring a trade, it is behind closed doors. Fitzpatrick was a solid player for the Dolphins last year and would be a good piece for Jeff Hafley to use on defense. But with the team wanting to get younger and acquire more draft capital, trading Fitzpatrick to a contender makes too much sense.
